My Favourite Posts of 2012...

2012 has been a great year for our little family, and I have enjoyed documenting it on my blog. I have taken thousands of photos, written 263 blog posts and made a huge amount of memories. I feel that I have found my blogging style in 2012- lots of soppy words, the occasional bit of humour and an obscene amount of photos. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I am loving the fact that I am documenting our life together.

I could have chosen lots more posts that mean things to me, but here are my favourite posts of 2012. Some are for the words, and some are just because I am a sucker for a load of photo memories.

It has been lovely remembering our year by looking at my past blog posts, and that is exactly the reason why I started this blog- so I can record memories of my family. I have loved writing about our adventures and our time together as a family, and I will treasure the memories and the photos I have taken forever.

2013 is going to bring a whole new set of adventures for us, but I will always be able to look back at all the photos and remember what it was like being a three.

2012 was a bloody great year. I will be back in January with a recap on our Christmas time- lets hope 2013 is just as good.

Love your blog and your photography! Such stunning pics. I'm looking to get a decent camera to take photos of my little ones - do you have any recommendations/and or tips? Not sure if I'd like a DSLR or a bridge camera.

  Thank you. :) Well I use a Nikon D5100, but if you are just starting to get into it, apparently the Nikon 3100 is very good and a lot cheaper.
  Also if you want a bridge camera- the Nikon 1 looks amazing, I would love that one but my husband won't let me get any more! ;)

    Ooooh what a meanie! thank you very much, I will have a look at those! I used to enjoy photography at design college many moons ago pre digital cameras so I'm not a total novice, but have no real experience of DSLR.
    I just discovered your 'I heart snapping' blog as well so hoping to pick up some tips there!
